In "How To Do One Thing at a Time" nancy Jones discusses how multi-tasking has been has incorporated in our lives which causes ous to be less efficent. Jones also disscusses how an expirment Stanford University where two groups students were used, the first group multi-tasked while writing an essay, and the second just wrote the essay In the end the second group did sigficantly better than the first group that multi-tasked.

I agree with Nancy Jones thet multi-tasking causes us to be less efficent, but multi-tasking also have its advantages for example a stock broker reciveing the latest updates while in a meeting this allows him/her to make offers better desions. Even the president of the United States multits-tasks, using his Black Berry to set meetings and talk to his adviosers.
